Our company provides Food and Beverage services in Holborn, London. Also our company and team are growing rapidly and we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in our Office in London.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the recruitment processes, creating job descriptions, and participating in interviews.
- Organizing and conducting orientation programs for new employees.
- Monitoring and guiding the performance management processes.
- Updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitating communication among employees and resolving issues.
- Coordinating employee benefits, education, and development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources processes.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Turkish (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
