About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our expanding team at PHS Group Limited. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and promoting our diverse range of products and services to businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities to target with our products and services.
  • Make outbound calls to decision-makers at target businesses to promote and sell our products and services.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate to secure sales and grow our customer base.
  • Nurture and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in telesales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the hygiene services industry and our products and services is an advantage.
