We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join our Chartwells team in a challenging and rewarding role. As Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering and service operations, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of catering professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Developing and implementing innovative menu ideas and culinary concepts
  • Ensuring smooth kitchen and service counter operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and expectations

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and free meals on duty. If you are a motivated and experienced Catering Manager looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you
