Elderly Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Lead to join our team at Cch UK. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading the delivery of care to residents, ensuring their dignity, choice, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: You will be responsible for leading the care team, making decisions, and providing guidance to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Medication Administration: You will be required to administer medication to residents, following established procedures and protocols.
- Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Care: You must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in care, such as a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Experience in Safe Handling of Medicines: You must have experience in handling and administering medicines safely and effectively.
- Computer Literacy: You must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems.
- Possession about Role and Working with Elderly: You must be passionate about your role and working with elderly individuals.
