About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Elderly Care Specialist to join our team at Cch UK. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their dignity, choice, and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Leadership: You will provide leadership to the care team, making decisions and guiding others to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Administer Medication: You will be required to administer medication to residents, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Document Resident Care: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Care: You must have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in care, such as a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience in Safe Handling of Medicines: You must have experience in handling and administering medicines safely and effectively.
  • Computer Literacy: You must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems.
  • Possession about Role and Working with Elderly: You must be passionate about your role and working with elderly individuals.
