Nexus Care Services is a leading provider of care services to the elderly and vulnerable members of our community. As a Person-Centred Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each client.

The estimated salary for this position is £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, with premium pay rates of up to £27.00 per hour available for certain shifts. Benefits include weekly pay, double pay on bank holidays, paid travel time, and more. A driving licence and access to your own car are required.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Person-Centred Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred care to clients following structured care plans in line with CQC regulations. This will involve making a difference in the community by promoting independence and providing support where needed. If you have previous experience in the care industry, we would love to hear from you, but it's not necessary – we're happy to train the right candidate.
