Global Support Specialist

Informa Connect Limited is a dynamic community where no two days are the same. Our Global Support team provides expert guidance and hands-on support to various business teams. As a Senior Business professional, you will make a real impact by managing open bank items, reviewing reconciliations, and driving process improvements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing open reconciling items and supporting queries
- Hosting weekly calls with your region
- Providing clear status updates and action plans
- Reviewing bank reconciliations
- Preparing the month end master reconciliation tracker
- Helping drive continuous improvement to Cash Ops processes
- Ensuring DTP's are updated to the offshore team
- Providing ad hoc assistance to the Cash Operations Team Leader / Manager
Key qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience using SAP or Oracle ERPs
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Highly adaptable to change
- Ability to complete tasks to a high standard in a time-sensitive environment
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable functions is advantageous
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience. You will also have access to career opportunities, strong wellbeing support, and a great community to work with.
