We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at Informa Global Support. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) period.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash transactions throughout the TSA period, working closely with the counterparty, and ensuring all relevant reconciliations are performed. Additionally, they will be responsible for consolidating regional reconciliations into single global reconciliation, performing financial reporting and analysis, and providing excellent customer service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cash Transaction Management: Manage cash transactions throughout the TSA period, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  2. Reconciliation: Perform and reconcile all relevant accounts, including cash, bank, and credit card statements.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our stakeholders, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong academic background in accounting, preferably holding a degree in accounting or a related field. You should also be qualified or nearly qualified as an accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Additionally, you should have good working knowledge and understanding of SSC processes and how these fit into the wider environment.
