Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at TDA Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze management reports, monthly accounts, and claims.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and Fixed Asset registers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the annual audit process and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process Management: Manage Build Partner retention schedules and recharges.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with budget holders to ensure effective financial management.
- Finance Projects: Lead finance projects and contribute to system enhancements.
- Team Supervision: Supervise the Finance Assistant and manage supplier payments.
- Stock Takes: Coordinate and participate in stock takes as necessary.
- Professional Qualification: ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or fully qualified.
- Financial Experience: Solid experience in a Finance Department, including the preparation of Management Accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Accounting Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Accounting, Financial Control, and Sage 200 Accounts.
- Process Management: Experience in managing processes and implementing control measures.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Self-driven team player with excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to develop and optimize financial processes.
The estimated salary for this position is £47,500 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
