Collaboration with technical directors, sports scientists, and performance teams is crucial to ensure alignment with current best practices in football.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Science or related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs in high-performance environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to engage with diverse stakeholders. A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per year includes private health insurance, pension plan, flexible working options, and opportunities for career advancement.
