Education Strategist for Elite Football

We are seeking an experienced Education Strategist for Elite Football to join our FA Education team.

About the Team:

  • The FA Education team is responsible for delivering education and development programmes that drive the education of support staff in technical departments.
  • The team collaborates closely with technical directors, sports scientists, and performance teams to ensure educational programs are aligned with current best practices in football.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of education and development programmes for technical departments within male and female professional football.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver education and development programmes that drive the education of support staff in technical departments.
  • Collaborate with technical directors and performance teams to ensure educational programs are aligned with current best practices in football.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate / postgraduate degree in sports science or related area.
  • Deep understanding of football performance principles, including player development, tactical strategies, and the physical, technical, and psychological demands of elite-level football.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs or curriculums within high-performance environments.

What We Offer:
