Job Description:

This pivotal role demands a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the FA's Learning function, driving forward-thinking initiatives, and cementing the organization's reputation as a global leader in sports education.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive innovation, inclusivity, and excellence in coaching, talent identification, and player welfare.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including national governing bodies, educational institutions, and industry experts.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement, empowering employees to reach their full potential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through innovative strategies.
