As a Football Performance Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering education and development programs that drive the education of support staff in professional football.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in sports science or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of football performance principles, including player development, tactical strategies, sports science, and the physical, technical, and psychological demands of elite-level football.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Our benefits package includes a competitive salary, free meals, private medical cover, a contributory pension scheme, additional leave days, and a flexible working model.
