About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teaching staff in the classroom, providing individualized support to students with special needs.\
  • Develop and maintain a positive learning environment, promoting inclusion and respect for all students.\
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective communication and planning.\
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.\
  • Attend regular training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in supporting students with special needs.\
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistent support for students.\\/ul>\

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a classroom setting with students with special needs.\
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training and a commitment to maintaining high standards of child protection.\\/ul>\
