Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a number of Band 2 - Clinical Support Worker roles within our busy ED department. The Emergency Department (ED) at Warwick Hospital has a yearly attendance of over 100,000 patients, offering a wide range of clinical experience including paediatrics.

The successful applicant will be passionate about patient care with a desire to develop within an emergency setting. We are seeking dynamic support workers ready to expand both clinical skills and enhanced patient care within a busy environment.

Main Duties

The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high-quality, caring, and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW), you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives.

Skills and QualificationsRequired Skills
  • Able to work to agreed level of competency
  • Good written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
  • Competent IT skills
  • Able to present information, written and orally, in an accurate, clear, and logical manner
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Ability to write accurately and legibly

Salary: £25,919 - £31,383 per annum
