Job Title: Technical Training Developer

At Jaguar Land Rover, we're seeking an experienced Technical Training Developer to join our team. As a Technical Training Developer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality training content that meets the needs of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analysis to evaluate customer technical training needs and determine appropriate training content, objectives, and courseware design methodologies.
  • Provide training services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and processes.
  • Design theory and practical activities to simplify and convey complex technologies.
  • Pilot training modules that support learner journey objectives and training deliverables.
  • Engage with JLR Engineering and other personnel to research and source data/information as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the development and delivery of virtual training.
  • Proficient in storyboarding to pre-visualize the development of eLearning, videos, and animations.
  • Clear understanding of High-Voltage systems and safe working practices.
  • Competent in MS software packages.
  • Knowledgeable in L&D methodologies (competencies, adult learning principles).
  • Resilient and enthusiastic, an individual able to deliver results under pressure.
