About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function in various activities, including Employee Engagement, ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement, and organisational change. You will also maintain accurate records of sickness and holiday entitlement, and prepare and process letters, meeting minutes, and other documents as required.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the HR function in Employee Engagement activities
  • Maintaining the HR system and associated records
  • Getting involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement, and organisational change
  • Preparing and processing letters, meeting minutes, and other documents as required


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience working in an administrative environment, preferably within a HR setting. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential. Additionally, you will require a driving license and access to your own vehicle. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, are also crucial.
