Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting Employee Engagement activities, maintaining HR systems, and providing administrative support.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team. You will be responsible for creating promotional materials, posters, and presentations to engage employees, as well as maintaining accurate records of sickness and holiday entitlement.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience working in an administrative environment, preferably within a HR setting. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are essential. Additionally, you will require a driving license and access to your own vehicle. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, are also crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the HR function in Employee Engagement activities
- Maintaining the HR system and associated records
- Getting involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement, and organisational change
- Preparing and processing letters, meeting minutes, and other documents as required

Salary Information
