Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to our management team and employees.
Your primary focus will be on recruitment, induction, and employee relations, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and performing at its best.
You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and selection of new employees
- Induction and onboarding of new staff members
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- HR policy development and implementation
- Compliance with employment laws and regulations
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters. You will have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
