About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team in all aspects of HR.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Advertising vacancies, reviewing CVs, and conducting interviews to ensure we attract and select the best candidates for our organization.
  2. Coordinating and conducting induction training for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  3. Recording, maintaining, and creating reports on absence, sickness, personal reviews, and training to inform senior management and recommend relevant actions.
  4. Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Witnessing and conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  6. Managing reception personnel and duties, as well as acting as a point of contact for cleaning and work wear contractors.
  7. Coordinating internal and external training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of our employees.
  8. Maintaining and updating personal files and training databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  9. Coordinating and maintaining the personal review system, ensuring timely and effective feedback.
  10. Dealing with and resolving employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to employees and managers alike.
  11. Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  12. Developing and implementing new HR policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
  13. Conducting home visits for ill or problem employees, providing support and guidance as needed.
  14. Acting as a focal point for employees on welfare issues, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed.
  15. Providing monthly payroll information to our payroll provider and resolving any queries or issues.
  16. Making travel arrangements for cover when required, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  17. Carrying out other work within capability as directed by the Senior Management Team.
About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent presentation and meeting skills. You should be able to plan and prioritize your work effectively, with a quick understanding of policies and procedures. A background in a personnel-related role is essential, with good written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
