Customer Research and Insight Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Research and Insight Manager to join our team at Concept Onyx Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of UX Research Specialists in testing, validating, and analyzing customer insight and feedback across the entire product management and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX Research and Testing: Define the long-term vision and strategy for customer engagement, ensuring activities align with business objectives and goals.
  • Establish Best Practices: Develop and implement user-centered products and services through customer research, establishing survey and research methodologies, metrics, samples, and frequencies.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer: Accurately and effectively represent customer feedback on all forums, ensuring frequent customer interaction and testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Deliver Research Findings: Establish and implement processes for accurately reporting and feeding back research and validation findings to Senior Management and the wider business teams.
  • Lead and Guide UX Researchers: Manage and mentor UX Researchers across multiple regions, platforms, and workstreams, promoting a proactive environment for open communication with customers.
Requirements:
  • Strong Research Background: Extensive experience in research, customer testing, and validation, with a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage a team of research professionals, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business and commercial understanding, with knowledge of modern marketing best practices and research good practice and legislation.
  • Agile Ways of Working: Experience of managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally, with a solid understanding of core UX principles.
