Job Title: Analysis and Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis and Insights Manager to join our team at Ubisoft. As a key member of our Customer Relationship Centre (CRC), you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced data analysis and statistical techniques to uncover insights and trends in customer behavior and playtime data.
  • Design, build, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to forecast customer support needs and optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate insights and recommendations, and drive business decisions.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of best practices in data analysis and delivery, ensuring high-quality insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our data analysis capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with a strong understanding of data visualization and communication.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SQL, Python, and R, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
