Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team at Ubisoft Entertainment. As a key member of our CRC Analytics team, you will be responsible for uncovering valuable insights from our data to inform business decisions and drive strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate complex business questions using statistical methods and data analysis techniques
  • Design and deploy new models and algorithms to gain deeper insights into our players
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage insights and inform decision-making
  • Work closely with analysts, product owners, and data scientists to improve team knowledge and analysis techniques

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of SQL and statistical programming languages (Python or R)
  • Good knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques
  • Experience working with stakeholders at executive and mid-manager level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication
