Job Title: Analysis and Insights Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analysis and Insights Manager to join our team at Ubisoft Entertainment. As a key member of our CRC Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate complex business questions and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Design, build, and deploy advanced analytics models and algorithms to gain deeper insights into our players and customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to leverage insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data assets and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in analytics and data science, with a strong background in statistical programming languages (Python or R).
  • Excellent working knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at executive and mid-manager levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
