Job Title: Insights and Research Manager

As a key member of our UX team, you will be responsible for leading our research efforts to drive customer-centric product development. Your expertise will help us understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, informing our product roadmap and ensuring we deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute research strategies to inform product development and drive business growth.
  • Lead a team of researchers to conduct user research, testing, and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are integrated into product development.
  • Develop and maintain research methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and executives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in research and product development, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of researchers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify insights.
