Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic dietitian to join our team as a Specialist Adults Diabetes Dietitian. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide expert nutritional advice to patients and carers, while supporting and educating the wider team to provide patient-centered care.
Main Duties
- Work as an autonomous Specialist Dietitian and provide a comprehensive and effective dietetic service to the client group.
- Work closely with Diabetes Multi-disciplinary teams and other Dietitians.
- Provide assessment, management, and education to inpatients and outpatients requiring specialist dietetic and nutrition intervention.
- Deliver education in group settings as well as one-to-one.
- Provide training to other health professionals.
- Audit and evaluate the outcome of the service provided.

Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) or postgraduate equivalent in Dietetics.
- HCPC registration.
Knowledge
- Diabetes and Paediatric Experience.
- 6 months post-graduate experience.
