Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic dietitian to join our team in Adult and Young Persons (18-25) Diabetes. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months postgraduate experience and a strong passion for delivering expert nutritional advice to patients and carers.

The role will involve working within established multidisciplinary teams, providing comprehensive and effective dietetic services to this client group. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a compassionate and respectful approach to patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment and management for inpatients and outpatients requiring specialist dietetic and nutrition intervention.
  • Deliver education in group settings as well as one-to-one.
  • Provide training to other health professionals.
  • Audit and evaluate the outcome of the service provided.
