Sustainable Agriculture Role in the UK

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Holistic Agronomist to join our team at Websters Rural. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive agronomy services to clients across North Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sustainable land management and contribute to the growth of regenerative agriculture in the region. Our consultancy is committed to promoting holistic agronomy practices and supporting farmers in their transition to more sustainable methods.

Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing crop protection strategies, offering nutrient management and soil fertility consultancy, and adapting recommendations based on changing field conditions. You will also contribute to the growth of regenerative agriculture in the region.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BASIS and FACTs qualification, as well as prior experience in agronomy. Adaptability to changing conditions and circumstances is also essential.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in our consultancy.
