Job Title: Agronomist Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Agronomist Specialist to collaborate with farmers in adopting regenerative practices. This opportunity enables individuals to make a positive impact in the agricultural sector by providing comprehensive agronomy services to clients across North Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire.

Position Overview

As an Agronomist Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering regular agronomy services to clients, focusing on crop protection, nutrient management, and soil fertility. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of promoting sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed agronomy guidance to clients
  • Develop and implement crop protection strategies
  • Offer consultancy services for nutrient management and soil fertility
  • Adjust recommendations based on changing field conditions
  • Contribute to the growth of regenerative agriculture

Requirements

  • BASIS and FACTs qualifications
  • Prior experience in agronomy
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and circumstances
  • Passion for holistic/regenerative agriculture (preferred)
  • Knowledge in crop nutrition, soil health, and fertility (preferred)
