Agronomist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Crop Specialist to join our team at Websters Rural. As an Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in delivering regular agronomy services to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive agronomy guidance to clients
  • Develop and implement crop protection strategies
  • Offer nutrient management and soil fertility consultancy
  • Adapt recommendations based on changing field conditions

Requirements:

  • BASIS and FACTs qualifications
  • Prior agronomy experience
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and circumstances
  • Passion for holistic/regenerative agriculture (preferred)
  • Knowledge in crop nutrition, soil health, and fertility (preferred)

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
