This is an exciting opportunity to make a valuable difference in the agricultural sector by delivering holistic agronomy services to clients across North Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive agronomy guidance to clients, focusing on crop protection, nutrient management, and soil fertility.
- Develop and implement crop protection strategies that promote sustainable agriculture practices.
- Offer expert advice on nutrient management and soil fertility consultancy to ensure optimal yields.
- Adapt recommendations based on changing field conditions to provide tailored solutions for our clients.
- Contribute to the growth of regenerative agriculture by promoting holistic practices among our client base.
- BASIS and FACTs qualifications are essential for this role.
- Prior experience in agronomy is necessary, with a proven track record of success.
- The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to adjust to changing conditions and circumstances.
- A passion for holistic/regenerative agriculture is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge in crop nutrition, soil health, and fertility is also desirable.
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
