**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomist to join our team at Websters Rural. This is an exciting opportunity to work with farmers in North Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire, promoting sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering regular agronomy services to clients, focusing on crop protection, nutrient management, and soil fertility.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide comprehensive agronomy guidance to clients
  • Develop and implement crop protection strategies
  • Offer nutrient management and soil fertility consultancy
  • Adapt recommendations based on changing field conditions
  • Contribute to the growth of regenerative agriculture

**Requirements**

  • BASIS and FACTs qualifications
  • Prior agronomy experience
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and circumstances
  • Passion for holistic/regenerative agriculture (preferred)
  • Knowledge in crop nutrition, soil health, and fertility (preferred)

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract and retain top talent.
