Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient management of the Mess, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
  • Lead and motivate your team to provide outstanding service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Organize and execute day-to-day hospitality functions, dinners, and events, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage cash handling, till operations, and reception duties with precision and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong financial awareness and budget management skills.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £26,592 per year.
  • A full-time position with 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 8am and 4.30pm.
