Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient management of the mess, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
  • Lead and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve high-quality results.
  • Organize and execute hospitality functions, dinners, and events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage cash handling, till operations, and reception duties with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong financial awareness and budget management skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Good PC skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £26,592 per year.
  • A full-time role with 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 between 8am – 4.30pm.
