Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the mess, ensuring seamless service to customers during breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours.
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Organize and execute day-to-day hospitality functions, including dinners and events.
  • Manage cash handling, till operations, and reception duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Strong financial awareness and budget management skills.
  • Good PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £26,592 per year.
  • A full-time role with 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 between 8am – 4.30pm.
