Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the Mess, catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for mess members and accommodation for live-in members.
  • Lead and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service while the unit is open.
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Mess.
  • Organize day-to-day hospitality functions and dinners.
  • Complete company paperwork and perform reception duties.
  • Handle cash and operate the till.
  • Motivate and lead your team, setting a positive example.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and handle complaints effectively.
  • Efficiently manage functions, hospitality, and events.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered to mess members and military personnel.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Previous hospitality experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Good financial awareness and knowledge in managing budgets and growing sales.
  • Good PC skills.
