Customer Team Leader Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and coach the skills of our Customer Team Members, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Take ownership of store operations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Store Manager in HR processes and deputise when necessary.
  • Lead the introduction of new products and services, working closely with the team to implement change and encourage feedback.
