We are looking for an experienced and skilled Community Clinic Nurse to join our Brierley Hill District Nursing team within Dudley Community Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes and clinic settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure delivery of evidence-based care.
What You'll Need:
- Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience working in a community setting, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Working Arrangements: Full-time position available, offering a competitive salary package of £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (pro-rata).
