The Role

Our Employee Assistance Programme is established and delivers a high-quality service to a number of businesses, including Police Forces and Universities.

An experienced and influential manager is required to proactively manage a team of counsellors, triage assessors and administrators to deliver a quality, sustainable Employee Assistance Programme.

We are looking for an individual, who can drive the business, offering guidance and support to the team and our clients. Responsibilities include team management, compliance oversight, client updates and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Manage compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • 3+ Years in a leadership role
  • Experience in change management and implementation
  • Proven track record in service delivery and working to KPIs
  • Desirable: experience working in an EAP setting and mental health qualification
