Our organization is growing and is looking for a Property Transfer Administrator to enhance our conveyancing department.
We provide a flexible working environment, accommodating full-time, part-time, or school hours for this office-based position.
The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in property transactions or legal settings, or hold relevant qualifications. Comprehensive training will be offered to the suitable applicant.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong administrative capabilities, and proficient IT knowledge, along with outstanding client interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiating and concluding files
- Conducting legal inquiries
- Verifying proof of funds
- Performing identity checks
- Managing correspondence
- Handling registrations
- Providing quotes
- Executing map searches
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- Managing phone communications
- Sending straightforward emails and updates
Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain discretion
- Professional telephone communication skills
