Mainstay is a professional service organization that delivers business expertise and services across the property industry. We help clients of all shapes and sizes, including property developers, commercial organizations, freehold landlords, and more.
Main Responsibilities- Communicate with customers and their representatives to resolve queries and issues.
- Use Microsoft Office proficiently, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Update records in multiple database systems.
- Ensure all requirements are obtained before moving a case to the next stage.
- Complete tasks in order of priority to meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
- Work effectively as part of a team in person or using technology.
- Liaise with different departments to ensure up-to-date information is stored on our systems and provided to our customers and their representatives.
- Have a clear understanding of and work towards achieving the Department's KPIs.
- With training, learn to prepare documents as part of the conveyancing process.
