About the Role

Churchill Estates Management is seeking a dedicated and personable Part-Time Lodge Manager to join our thriving retirement development. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of our Home Owners, fostering a welcoming and supportive community.

As the 'go-to' person on-site, you will be responsible for managing both the maintenance of the property and providing exceptional customer service to our Owners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating development activities and overseeing contractors
  • Conducting health and safety checks to ensure a secure environment
  • Liaising with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
  • Organizing events and activities to enhance the social experience for Owners

About You

We are looking for an individual who possesses a genuine passion for customer service and thrives in a people-oriented environment. Your outgoing and friendly personality will enable you to build strong relationships with our Owners, while your ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise good judgment will be invaluable.

You will also possess:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
  • Experience in a similar role within sectors such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or customer service
