About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Connections Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our new 'Community Connections' project, which aims to support people living with and affected by MS in navigating support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve project objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including people affected by MS, external partners, and charity teams
  • Deliver project outcomes and results, including tangible improvements in support services
  • Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders and represent the charity at key meetings and events
  • Travel extensively throughout South West England, with occasional travel to Wales and other project areas
