We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as an SEN Support Assistant at a renowned special school in South Gloucestershire.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support due to various special educational needs, including autism, moderate and severe learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides tailored education and support to meet the individual needs of each student.

The school has invested heavily in state-of-the-art facilities, including sensory rooms, sensory gardens, and accessible learning spaces, which provide a stimulating and supportive environment for students to learn and grow.

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct support to students, which may include assisting with lessons, participating in activities, and providing emotional support when needed. This role requires a high level of patience, understanding, and empathy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure they feel confident and prepared for the role. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all staff and students, and we expect all employees to share this commitment.

We are offering a competitive salary of £19,500 - £24,500 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career development and progression within the company.
