**Role Summary:** We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN Support Specialist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with students with special educational needs and gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The role involves providing one-to-one support to students, helping them to overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans for students.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of psychology principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A qualification in psychology or a related field is essential, and previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.

As a SEN Support Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £23,500 - £30,000 per annum, and a supportive team environment.
