We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Children's Support Professional to join our team at Esland. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our young people to provide outstanding childcare and support. Our Congleton home offers a homely setting for three young people who require therapeutic placements. You will be responsible for supporting their daily needs, education, and socialisation skills while engaging them in fun activities and excursions.

A successful Children's Support Professional will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a Full driving licence issued in the UK and applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions. Prior experience in a children's care role is desirable, but not essential. We offer routes for progression, paid induction training, and a range of benefits to support your career and well-being.
