Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)

Location: Our client is a well-established nursery that provides childcare for children from 0 to 5 years old.

Hourly Rate: Up to £12.50, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a nurturing environment, support children's learning and development, and ensure high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Support children's learning and development through planned activities
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure that all children's needs are met, including health, safety, and emotional well-being

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Experience working in an early years setting
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with colleagues and parents
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • A current DBS check (or willing to undergo one)
