About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and Mild Learning Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills and promoting their independence
  • Assisting with personal care, food preparation, and household tasks
  • Encouraging socialisation and community engagement
  • Providing medication administration and manual handling support
  • Working collaboratively with our team to deliver person-centred care

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Health and Social Care (desirable)
  • Previous experience in supported living settings or with individuals with PMLD (desirable)
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts
