Clinical Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead our Outpatient Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of the department, providing clear direction and leadership to our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically plan and manage the Outpatient Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff, supporting the initiatives of the hospital and ensuring the achievement of CQC Standards.
- Deploy, supervise, and teach staff within the clinical area, supporting the hospital management team in providing clinical leadership.
- Maintain a professional and cost-effective department service, including financial management and business planning.
- Work clinically as required, with a minimum of one clinical shift per week.
- Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification as a Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
- Registered Nurse Level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Robust understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area.
- Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
