Key Responsibilities- Operational Management and Planning: Manage clinical services to deliver excellent patient care effectively and efficiently.
- Service Setup and Maintenance: Set up new clinical services and maintain service standards throughout the contract.
- Project Planning and Communication: Plan and communicate effectively with Pertemps Medical, NHS Trust/Health Board, and clinical teams to ensure service delivery timeframes are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate performance against service objectives, ensuring systems are in place to track progress.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the operational team to deliver high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and innovation in patient care.
- Complaint and Incident Management: Support the Clinical Governance Lead with complaint and incident management, following Pertemps Medical Insourcing policy and procedures.
- Tender Submissions: Support the Head of Clinical Services with the operational element of tender submissions, including capacity planning and operational setup capabilities.
- Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Health and Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement across the Clinical Services division and the wider Pertemps Medical company.
- Experience of running clinical services within an NHS Trust/private hospital or insourcing/outsourcing company.
